What you’ll do: 

Assist the customer with an Intune & Autopilot migration from Ivanti. 

Primary Responsibilities: 


Migrate configuration, policies, and content from Ivanti into Microsoft Intune

  • Repackage and deploy applications as required for Intune
  • Create and manage Azure AD device and user groups
  • Verify and validate device behavior post-migration
  • Troubleshoot Autopilot failures and Intune operational issues
  • Support patching and software deployments
  • Interface directly with customer IT users during troubleshooting efforts
  • Develop KB documentation as issues are resolved
  • Assist Project Managers with scoping and planning Intune migration activities


Skills & Experience

  • U.S. Citizenship (required for customer access and compliance)
  • 5+ years of experience in endpoint management / EUC roles
  • 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Intune experience, including:
    • Configuration Profiles and Compliance Policies
    • Application packaging and deployment (Win32, MSIX, Microsoft Store apps)
    • Device and user group targeting
  • Demonstrated experience with Windows Autopilot, including:
    • Profile creation and assignment
    • Enrollment and provisioning troubleshooting
    • Azure AD–joined and hybrid scenarios
  • Strong knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) principles and best practices
  • Experience with MECM (ConfigMgr) in co-management or migration scenarios
  • Proven troubleshooting expertise, including:
    • Autopilot enrollment failures
    • Policy application and conflict resolution
    • Patch and software deployment issues
  • Ability to migrate configurations, policies, and content from Ivanti into Intune
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience interfacing directly with IT users and leadership
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, particularly when validating device behavior and policy outcomes
  • Ability to document solutions and create knowledge base (KB) articles for knowledge transfer
