Job Summary:

As a Sales Engineer  you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our process-driven manufacturing clients. Leveraging your expertise in security solutions, you will help organizations enhance their production outcomes by integrating AI-driven security measures and solutions. Your technical acumen, combined with your understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement will be pivotal in demonstrating how our tools can optimize operational efficiency and safeguard critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Solution  Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of the tools, showcasing their capabilities in improving manufacturing processes and securing production environments.
  • Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their specific needs and challenges, tailoring solutions that align with their operational goals and AI-driven production strategies.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth technical support and guidance during the pre-sales phase, including system architecture,  integration requirements, and deployment strategies for  solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop and refine strategies for targeting process-driven manufacturing companies,      ensuring alignment with their objectives and our solution offerings.
  • Training & Support: Offer training sessions and ongoing support to clients, ensuring they maximize the benefits of our tools and achieve desired production outcomes.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive solutions to provide clients with      the most relevant and innovative security solutions.

Qualifications:


  • Proven      experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical role within      manufacturing environments.
  • Strong      understanding of BeyondTrust tools and their applications in      process-driven industries.
  • Excellent      communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical      concepts into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience      with AI technologies and their impact on manufacturing processes.
  • Bachelor’s      degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant      certifications are a plus.
