The Opportunity:
XMS is seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Professional Services Presales Consultant to support the sales team. This role bridges the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring that proposed solutions meet customer needs and align with organizational capabilities. This position further ensures that customers understand how our services meet their critical needs. You will work closely with sales, engineering, and delivery teams to scope solutions, present capabilities, and ensure successful handoff to implementation.

In alignment with our company’s strategic technology partnerships, the Presales Consultant will need to gain a deeper understanding and appropriate certifications for at least the following:
· BeyondTrust
· Cayosoft
· Quest
· Microsoft
· Saviynt
Responsibilities Include:
· Collaborate with sales team to identify customer requirements and present tailored solutions, while engaging with prospective clients to assess their business challenges, technical environments and data maturity levels.
· Translate complex business challenges and requirements into technical designs and service proposals that align with our professional service offerings.
· Participate in regular calls with existing customers to identify new opportunities
· Deliver product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations to prospective clients.
· Support the sales team and Operations team with sales artifacts as requested
· Maintain deep knowledge of technologies and platforms that are strategic to the ongoing operations and growth of XMS Solutions
· Develop marketing materials in conjunction with sales, technical experts, and partners
· Engage other technical experts within the XMS for scoping as required.
· Monitor progress of sales artifacts, resources assigned, and provide daily updates to the sales and operations teams regarding status
Required Qualifications:
· Top Secret clearance or Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience as a multi-discipline solutions architect
· Ability to manage multiple requests and provide daily/weekly dashboards
· Experience with sales to both commercial, federal, and SLED customers
· Excellent presentation and communications skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and confidently to senior-level executives.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related fields.
· 3-5 years of experience in pre-sales consulting, professional services, or solutions architecture or technical account management.
